Responsibilities

• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and guide clients confidently through the home search process
• Consult with sellers on pricing, preparation, marketing strategy, and negotiations
• Negotiate contracts professionally and advocate for clients throughout the transaction
• Convert appointments and conversations into signed clients and closed business
• Participate in weekly trainings, coaching sessions, script practice, and team meetings
• Stay informed on the Colorado Springs market, inventory trends, and local development

Qualifications

• Active real estate license required
• Previous real estate sales experience required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and guide conversations naturally
• Consistent track record of lead generation, follow-up, and client conversion
• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to grow your business and production
