Hiring 2 experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technicians for Long Island. Immediate start.

Minimum 1 year of professional air duct cleaning / duct cleaning experience required.

FreshBear is hiring experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technicians to serve customers throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

This is a sales + hands-on technician position. You will inspect residential HVAC and duct systems, present and sell service options to homeowners, and then perform the air duct or dryer vent cleaning work you sell.

You bring your air duct cleaning experience, your own reliable vehicle, and the ability to communicate and sell professionally to homeowners.

Unlimited earning opportunity

You earn 25% commission on everything you sell, with no earning cap.

Once fully ramped up, technicians can earn $1,500 to $2,500+ per week based on individual performance. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Jobs typically range from $299 to $2,900, with technicians generally completing 3 to 4 pre-booked appointments per day.

The more you sell and successfully complete, the more you earn. There is no fixed ceiling.

You sell the work. You perform the work.

You’ll visit homeowners who have already booked an appointment with FreshBear.

Inspect

Inspect the home’s air duct, HVAC, or dryer vent system and clearly show the homeowner what you find.

Present & Sell

Explain the available cleaning and service options, recommend the appropriate solution, answer questions, and close the service.

Perform

Complete the air duct cleaning or dryer vent cleaning professionally using equipment provided by FreshBear, document the work, leave the home clean, and collect payment.

This role requires both strong technical ability and the ability to sell.

You know air duct cleaning. We’ll teach you our system.

Our training is not designed to teach air duct cleaning from scratch.

You’ll receive 3 full days of paid field training with our field manager focused on the FreshBear system:

• * Customer communication
• * FreshBear service standards

What you need

• * Minimum 1 year of professional air duct cleaning experience
• * Your own reliable vehicle for traveling between appointments
• * Valid driver’s license
• * Fluent English
• * Comfortable selling services to homeowners
• * Comfortable performing air duct and dryer vent cleaning
• * Comfortable using professional cleaning equipment
• * Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
• * Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces
• * Willingness to drive throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties
• * Strong motivation to earn based on performance

Type: Full-time, 1099 independent contractor

Pay: 25% commission, paid weekly
