INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION WORKER

Must Have Previous Hands-On Experience

We are looking for a skilled, experienced interior construction worker who can handle multiple aspects of interior construction and finishing.

We need someone who already knows the trade, has experience with different types of interior work, and can complete tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in quality workmanship, and knows how to get the job done right.

IMPORTANT: This is not an entry-level position. We are not looking for someone who needs to be trained on the basics. Applicants must have real, hands-on interior construction experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform interior framing using metal studs and/or wood framing.
• Hang, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall.
• Perform texture and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Install interior doors, frames, baseboards, trim, and other finish materials.
• Install ceiling systems and other interior components as needed.
• Perform interior repairs, adjustments, and finish work.
• Measure, cut, and install construction materials accurately.
• Read measurements, follow plans, and complete work according to specifications.
• Use power tools and hand tools safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work independently and coordinate with other trades when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Previous hands-on interior construction experience is required.
• Must have experience with multiple aspects of interior construction.
• Must be able to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must understand construction tools, materials, measurements, and installation techniques.
• Must be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
• Must be able to maintain quality workmanship and meet project deadlines.

We are specifically looking for an experienced, all-around interior construction worker.

General labor experience alone does not qualify. Applicants who have only assisted other workers and cannot independently perform interior construction tasks will not be a good fit for this position.
