Position Overview

We are seeking an Experienced AMC Processing Manager to oversee our appraisal processing operations and lead our processing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong appraisal management company (AMC) background who understands the complete appraisal lifecycle and can effectively manage workflows, maintain service levels, and support team performance.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment. They should be able to participate in daily Microsoft Teams meetings, collaborate with management and staff, and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the appraisal processing team.
• Oversee appraisal orders from assignment through completion, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Monitor team productivity, workflow, and service-level expectations.
• Train, mentor, and support processors while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with clients, appraisers, and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, USPAP guidelines, and applicable industry standards.
• Identify workflow improvements and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Assist with escalated orders and provide operational support as needed.
• Participate in daily Microsoft Teams meetings and collaborate with leadership on departmental goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working for an Appraisal Management Company (AMC) is required.
• Previous experience managing or leading an appraisal processing team is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the residential appraisal process and AMC operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Experience using AMC platforms, appraisal management software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
