Experienced Architectural Draftsmen

• Independently plan and design complete architectural projects, including residential group housing, plotted developments, commercial and institutional buildings.
• Prepare conceptual plans, master plans, site layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D views as required.
• Develop complete architectural working drawings and GFC drawings for site execution.
• Prepare basement, stilt, typical floor, terrace, staircase, lift lobby, toilet, faade and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare area statements, FAR/FSI calculations, ground coverage, parking layouts and other planning-related calculations.
• Prepare architectural drawings for statutory approvals as per applicable building bye-laws and development control regulations.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting and other consultants.
• Review and resolve design discrepancies, service clashes and construction-related drawing issues.
• Prepare detailed architectural specifications, door-window schedules, finishing details and other construction documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and project management teams for execution-related clarifications.
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve architectural issues.
• Incorporate design revisions and prepare as-built drawings wherever required.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision records and proper documentation of all architectural drawings.
• Ensure timely delivery, technical accuracy and quality of all drawings as per project requirements.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp and other architectural software will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of architectural planning, building bye-laws, construction detailing and working drawing preparation.
• Ability to independently develop complete architectural drawings from concept to GFC stage.
• Good coordination, problem-solving and time-management skills.
