• Full-time hours - 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 3:15pm
• Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours

Experienced Assemblers -Rolleston

We are looking for experienced, mechanically minded Assemblers to join a busy manufacturing team based in Rolleston. These are full-time opportunities in a modern manufacturing environment, assembling high-quality products for export.

This role would suit someone who is practical, mechanically minded and enjoys hands-on work. Experience in assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, automotive, engineering, fabrication or a similar hands-on environment would be highly regarded.

What you'll be doing
Assembling components and products to specification
Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Reading and following drawings, instructions and measurements
Understanding how components fit together and identifying any issues
Completing quality checks to a high standard
Working as part of a busy production team
Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What we're looking for
Previous assembly, manufacturing, mechanical or similar hands-on experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
Confident using hand and power tools
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work independently and use initiative
Physically fit, as some lifting is involved
