Role Overview As an Experienced Associate, you will be part of a team of problem solvers addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Job Description

• Collaborating on financial and operational due diligence, transaction support, and value capture analysis.
• Leading planning, data requests, management discussions, client workshops, and deliverables.
• Identifying potential deal breakers and opportunities in transactions.
• Recognizing post-deal issues such as capital expenditures, run-rate costs, and transition services.
• Supporting business development initiatives.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or Mathematics.
• MBA or Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in external audit, corporate finance, financial reporting, or transaction support.
• ACCA or CFA candidacy/membership is an advantage.
• Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Kazakh, English and Russian.
• Can-do’ attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Capability to synthesize large volumes of information and develop innovative solutions.
• Adaptability, project management skills, and readiness to take on responsibility.
