What You'll Do:

 

• Advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues

• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, motions, and legal opinions

• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and litigation proceedings

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients

 

Qualifications:

 

• Active admission to the New York State Bar

• 3+ years of legal experience preferred

• Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills

• Experience within litigation, employment, education, construction, municipal, or public entity work is highly valued
