Responsibilities

• Generate your own customers and actively build your client base
• Follow up with dealership leads and prospects
• Post vehicles consistently on Facebook Marketplace and social media
• Create videos and sales content to promote inventory
• Actively market yourself and the dealership
• Respond quickly to online inquiries and messages
• Show and test-drive vehicles
• Maintain relationships with past customers and generate referrals
• Keep CRM leads and follow-ups updated
• Be proactive — this is not a position where you wait for customers to come to you

Requirements

• Previous auto sales experience preferred
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Comfortable creating content and promoting vehicles online
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Independent Contractor Position
Commission Only: 10% of Gross

Pay: $750,000.00 - $3,000,000.00 per week
