This is a flat rate position, so depending on how many hours you complete is what you get paid. It is not a regular per / hr. position. And starting pay depends on experience level.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using tools such as Ohmmeters to identify electrical issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
• Utilize specialized equipment and hand tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical parts efficiently.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and safety procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Document all work performed thoroughly in service records for future reference and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems quickly and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience as an automotive or machinery mechanic with a strong background in electrical diagnostics.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters, multimeters, and other testing equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform repairs on diverse vehicle makes and models or machinery types.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures relevant to mechanical repair environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
