Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
• Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, steering components, and electrical systems.
• Conduct specialized repairs such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and alignment services.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire services, shocks & struts replacement, and vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems and mechanical repair issues effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience or extensive background working in the automotive repair industry with a focus on automotive service.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission repair, suspension systems, brake repair, and automotive electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, diesel engine repair, wheel alignment, tire service, shocks & struts replacement, and heavy equipment mechanics.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and using diagnostic software for automotive diagnostics.
• Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools.
• Knowledge of GM vehicles or similar makes is a plus but not required; familiarity with auto estimating processes is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a passion for delivering high-quality automotive repair services.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Pay: $26.00 - $45.00 per hour
