We are a growing home-style food business looking for a skilled and passionate Baker who takes pride in quality, loves their craft, and wants to grow with our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare savory and sweet pies, filled buns, pastries, cinnamon rolls, and homemade desserts.
• Work with different types of dough and fillings.
• Maintain consistent quality and food safety standards.
• Organize daily bakery production efficiently.
• Contribute ideas to improve our products and processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 years of professional baking experience.
• Strong hands-on skills in dough preparation and baking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Passion for baking and willingness to grow.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

SALARY & BONUSES

• Fixed salary: AED 4,000/month.
• Monthly performance-based KPI bonuses — around AED 2,000 depending on results, with no fixed upper limit.
