Experienced Baker

Michele's Pies is seeking a full time (plus overtime) experienced baker.

The ideal candidate has professional baking experience or baking school experience, can confidently follow established recipes, production procedures, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced bakery kitchen. We need someone who can jump right in and get baking with minimal training.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and baking our existing recipes consistently
• Following production schedules and maintaining quality standards
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe

Important Scheduling Note: Our bakery gets especially busy during the holiday season. Extended hours, early mornings, and additional shifts may be required during peak periods, particularly leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas. Flexibility during these times is essential.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
