The Palazzo is a local Burnley establishment that prides on providing an exceptional and enjoyable dining experience to our customers. We are seeking skilled and experienced bar staff to join our team. If you have a proven track record in bartending and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with speed and accuracy.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Ensure the bar area is kept clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Handle cash, take orders, and process payments efficiently.
• Check customer identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 -2 years of experience working in a bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages. (Training can be provided)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure with ease.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Weekend evening availability and odd evenings mid week.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
