Experienced Bar Tender

Melrose Restaurant & Rooftop Bar – Bulimba, Brisbane

We’re looking for an experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our team at Melrose Restaurant & Rooftop Bar.

Melrose is an award-winning, Chef-hatted contemporary Pan-Asian restaurant and rooftop bar in the heart of Bulimba. We pride ourselves on great drinks, warm professional service and a supportive team culture.

This is a full-time position of approximately 32 - 38 hours per week, with the opportunity to take on FOH supervisory responsibilities for the right person.

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years' bartending experience
• Confident making classic and contemporary cocktails
• Strong wine, spirits and beverage knowledge
• Experience in quality restaurants, cocktail bars or premium venues
• Comfortable working across both the bar and restaurant floor
• Confident communicating with guests
• Reliable, organised and calm during busy services
• Available evenings and weekends
• Current QLD RSA
• Previous supervisory experience highly regarded
