Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional grooming services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Your expertise in hair styling and barbering will be essential in delivering high-quality cuts, shaves, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.

Working Pattern:

• Monday to Saturday
• Sunday off / closed

Barbershop Hours:

• Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Tuesday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Wednesday: 9 AM – 7 PM
• Thursday: 9 AM – 7 PM
• Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Duties

• Provide professional barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend suitable styles.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Use various tools and techniques for hair styling, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere through excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
• Manage appointments and maintain client records as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hair styling and barbering is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Proficiency in English is required for effective communication.
• A valid barbering qualification or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
