We are seeking an Experienced Barber to join our team! Your expertise in hair styling combined with excellent customer service skills will ensure every guest has a memorable experience. As an integral part of our team, you will also contribute to retail sales through product recommendations and maintain a clean, sanitized workspace that meets all health standards. Duties

• Provide professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering expert advice
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness for all tools, equipment, and workstations
• Upsell grooming products and retail items to enhance the client experience and increase sales
• Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
• Stay current with the latest haircutting techniques, trends, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• experience as a professional barber with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in hair styling
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a grooming environment
• Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a genuine approach
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently at the front desk
• Retail sales experience is a plus, along with familiarity using point-of-sale systems
• Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for barbers or cosmetologists
