Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
• Ensure all tools and workstations are maintained with the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering styling advice or product recommendations
• Upsell retail products such as hair care, styling products, and grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
• Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare instructions, and available services
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences and service history for personalized future visits

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of hair styling skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a grooming environment
• Ability to upsell products naturally while prioritizing client needs
• Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and front desk responsibilities
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• A valid barber license or certification as required by local regulations

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
