Duties

• Must be available for 2nd shift
• Prepare a variety of beverages including coffee, tea and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, beverage preparation stations, and seating areas
• Handle retail sales transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and processing cash register operations
• Follow food safety protocols and food handling standards to ensure quality and hygiene are upheld at all times
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining high-quality standards

Skills

• Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and beverage service
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a friendly, energetic attitude

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
