What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years barista experience in a busy café setting
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and extraction techniques
• Confident operating commercial espresso machines and grinders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
