Experienced Barista

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in our location in Wayne. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Latte Art skills are required for this position and will be tested during interview. We have both part and full-time available. Very competitive pay, day job (8am to 5pm).If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and mocktails according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to provide accurate information to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction with their experience.
• Operate coffee brewing equipment and other kitchen appliances safely and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.

Requirements

• Latte Art skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• A genuine passion for coffee and the ability to learn about different brewing techniques is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
