Experienced Barrista and bar server

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Barrista and Bar Server to join our vibrant team! Duties

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Take customer orders accurately, ensuring prompt and friendly service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and dining area in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently using excellent time management skills
• Engage with guests warmly, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy hours
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for change and totals

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barrista or bar server in a restaurant or café setting
• Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent serving skills
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
• Ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Good communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with diverse customers
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
