Experienced Bartender & Server

Position Overview

Borracho is seeking an experienced Bartender & Server who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is interested in advancing into a future leadership or management position.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. In addition to bartending and serving, the selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to restaurant operations and management through training and mentorship with our leadership team. Our goal is to develop talented individuals who are prepared for future advancement opportunities within our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional bartending and table service while creating a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Adapt seamlessly between full-service dining and high-volume nightlife operations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Accurately manage guest orders, payments, and transactions.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Collaborate with management, security, and team members to support efficient operations.
• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in operational training and professional development opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in both bartending and full-service restaurant serving is required.
• Experience in high-volume bars, restaurants, or nightlife establishments is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and adaptable to a variety of service environments.
• Ability to remain composed, efficient, and professional under pressure.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated initiative and a genuine interest in leadership development.
• Availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Washington State Food Worker Card and MAST permit, or ability to obtain them as required.

Pay: $17.13 per hour
