The Role: Bartender

Giorgios Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join the team at one of our Wilmington concepts. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong technical bar skills and a talent for creating a warm, engaging guest experience.

Recommended Experience

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, upscale or high-volume environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, wine, and spirits
• NC ABC permit / responsible alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

General Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages to recipe and presentation standards
• Engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and creating a memorable experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
• Accurately process orders and payments
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible alcohol service practices at all times
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, well-timed service
• Assist with inventory counts, ordering, and restocking of bar supplies
• Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails and beverage specials
• Uphold all health, safety, and NC ABC compliance standards
