Experienced Bartender

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at our independently owned and operated Haven Kitchen + Bar in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, mixology, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a busy customer-focused setting. As a key member of our team, the bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, crafting high-quality cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, beverages, and other drinks with precision and efficiency
• Engage with customers to provide friendly and attentive service, while also offering recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and managing inventory
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and alcohol service laws
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operation during busy evenings and weekends
• Contribute to creating a positive and professional work environment

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes is a plus
