EXPERIENCED BARTENDER

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional member service while preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages and food items in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation will help create memorable experiences for our members. Duties

• Engage with members to understand their preferences, recommend drinks or menu items, and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS system and handle cash with integrity.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the bar’s creative offerings by staying current on industry trends in mixology and beverage presentation.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for seamless service delivery.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs, monitoring memberconsumption levels, and adhering to all legal regulations.
• Assist in training new team members on POS systems, beverage preparation techniques, and customer service protocols when needed.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment, experience is highly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of POS system; proficiency in processing transactions accurately.
• Cocktail crafting skills with familiarity in mixology techniques a plus.
• Prior food handling and safety certification; understanding of food industry standards for sanitation and hygiene a plus as well.
• Experience working in hospitality industry settings including banquet or catering environments is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.

Pay: From $5.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
