Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
• Manage bar inventory by tracking supplies, restocking ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness standards to promote food safety and hygiene.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and billing.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at the end of shifts.
• Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure guest safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a lively yet organized bar environment that promotes excellent service flow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender with strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology.
• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with food handling standards.
• Proficiency in POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for efficient order entry and cashiering.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks seamlessly.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality or safety.
• Basic math skills for calculating bills, managing cash transactions, and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
