Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety standards.
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms; handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment; address any issues promptly and professionally.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other essentials to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and uphold high standards of hospitality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or food industry setting; previous food service experience is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or equivalent; basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts, prioritizing tasks without sacrificing quality or service.
• Familiarity with bartending techniques, serving protocols, and beverage recipes; previous experience in hospitality or food industry roles is preferred.
• Basic understanding of cashiering procedures and food industry best practices related to alcohol service and responsible beverage service.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
