Experienced Bartender

Job Summary

WWR is looking for an experienced, dependable bartender to join our team! We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, knows their way around a bar, and can deliver excellent customer service while helping create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing great service to every customer.

Schedule

• Tuesday–Friday: 4:00 PM–Close
• Saturday: 2:00 PM–Close

Must be available to work the scheduled shifts, including evenings and Saturdays. Closing times may vary depending on business volume.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service to bar and restaurant guests.
• Take orders, manage tabs, and process cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
• Verify customer identification and comply with applicable alcohol service laws.
• Restock beverages, supplies, and garnishes as needed.
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of common cocktails, beer, wine, and mixed drink preparation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
• Experience handling payments and balancing tabs.
• Must meet applicable legal age requirements for alcohol service.
