Experienced Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of supplies and notifying management when reordering is necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquet events if applicable.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Skills

• Proficiency in bartending techniques with knowledge of brewing processes is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or Aloha POS systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in bartending or related roles is an advantage but not required; we welcome enthusiastic learners eager to grow in the hospitality industry.
