Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, answer questions about beverage options, and enhance their overall experience.
• Handle cash handling procedures responsibly while processing payments swiftly during busy service hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, brewing processes, and beverage pairing.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and basic math is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
• Familiarity with beverage recipe development, catering operations, bar management, and retail math enhances your candidacy.
