We are currently looking for an experienced bartenders to join our team. Cocos dining experiences is based in Crystal Palace; our wish is to share the authenticity and warmth of the traditional Caribbean/Modern European dining experience. Dishes are homemade, tasty, beautifully plated and most importantly, served with a genuine smile.

If your looking to work in a unique and vibrant atmosphere, this is the one for you! You will be expected to:

• welcome and seat guests
• prepare and serve cocktails, wines & soft drinks
• have a proven knowledge of classic cocktails
• have a basic knowledge of wines
• maintain bar cleanliness and keep it in order
• restock fridges
• completing accurate stock takes
• provide upscale quality waiting service when required
• Have weekend availability

This role is not exclusive to only the bar, you will also at times be required to provide a seamless service on the floor and interact with customers. Successful candidates must be capable of working in a team, be confident behind the bar and use your initiative and knowledge on cocktails, spirits and wines... while also providing an excellent customer experience.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
