NĀGA Siargao is part of NĀGA Concepts, Inc., a hospitality group building destinations across the Philippines. On Siargao, we welcome surfers, travelers, and locals with food, drinks, and service that feel relaxed, thoughtful, and consistently well done. We’re looking for an experienced bartender to help shape our bar program as we grow.

The role

You’ll run the bar day to day: crafting quality drinks, setting the atmosphere, and making every guest feel looked after. You’ll work closely with our F&B and management team, with room to contribute ideas to the cocktail menu.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks to a consistent standard
• Greet guests warmly, make recommendations, and keep service fast and friendly during busy periods
• Manage bar setup and closing, inventory counts, par levels, and stock rotation
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards
• Work with servers, kitchen, and management for smooth service
• Practice responsible alcohol service

What we’re looking for

• At least 2-3 years of bartending experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or resort
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Confident, positive communicator in English
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Experience with POS systems and basic inventory control
• Ability to work and live in Siargao

Nice to have

• Experience in tourism or hospitality destinations
• Formal bartending certification or flair skills
