Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a lively, friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy periods while ensuring accuracy through basic math skills for measurements and change.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with legal alcohol service regulations.
• Restock bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and utensils as needed to keep the bar fully equipped for service.
• Collaborate with team members to create a vibrant atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or mixology within a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beverage presentation, and food safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests energetically and professionally.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple orders seamlessly.
• Solid understanding of basic math for accurate measurements, change handling, and inventory management.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, serving procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
