Join Our Team as a Server/Bartender at Primo Grill!

Primo Grill is looking for an experienced server with bartending experience to join our team. We’re seeking someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to create a warm, polished experience for every guest.

This position will primarily include serving shifts, with the ability to confidently step behind the bar when needed. Strong restaurant experience, cocktail knowledge, and a team-first attitude are important to this role.

What You’ll Do

As a Server/Bartender at Primo Grill, you’ll play an important role in creating the experience our guests know and love. Responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming table service.
• Guiding guests through our food, wine, cocktail, and spirits offerings.
• Taking accurate orders and managing multiple tables efficiently during busy service.
• Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages when working behind the bar.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of classic cocktails and proper bartending techniques.
• Working closely with the kitchen, bar, hosts, and fellow servers to keep service running smoothly.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and properly stocked service and bar areas.
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
• Supporting the team wherever needed to provide a consistently excellent guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is confident on the floor and behind the bar.

• Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
• Previous bartending experience required.
• Fine dining or upscale-casual restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and food.
• Comfortable making recommendations and speaking confidently about menu and beverage offerings.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed during high-volume service.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Weekend and evening availability required.
