Requirements:-

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Direct Sales / Inside Sales.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling, preferably in the IT/software industry.
• Strong ability to generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and outbound sales.
• Experience in identifying decision-makers and pitching IT services / software solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation → qualification → follow-up → meetings → closure.
• Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, or other lead-generation platforms will be an advantage.
• Should be confident, target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to work from the Mohali office
