What's on Offer?

• FIFO ex Perth

• 8:6 roster – Day Shift Only

• $55–$63/hr + Super, depending on experience

• Gold mining operation

• Genuine pathway towards Shotfiring

• Ongoing training, mentoring and development

• Work alongside an experienced Drill & Blast team

• Opportunity for a permanent position (pending performance)

About You

We're looking for experienced Blast Crew members who are motivated to learn, develop and take on more responsibility.

You will have:

• Previous Blast Crew experience in open-cut mining
• DGSC (Dangerous Goods Security Card) – essential
• Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
• Australian working rights
• Current clean National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement

Highly regarded:

• Current WA Shotfirer's Licence
• Open-cut gold mining experience
• Experience with electronic initiation systems, particularly Digishot
• Exposure to pre-split blasting
