Xtrordinair Bookkeeper: Wanted

Xtrordinair, a private jet management company is hiring a full time bookkeeper with experience.

• In charge of all record keeping for receipts and expenses log keeping.
• Must be proficient in quick books, Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365 proficient.
• Invoicing responsibilities.
• Manage all accounting functions in the office; including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Record and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate and manage office inventory and supplies.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
• Be able to use personal cell phone for work. A company computer will be provided.

Aviation knowledge is a plus but not a must. Xtrordinair is searching for someone who is flexible and will grow alongside us. Nonsmokers only and must be professional with a code of conduct adhered to.
