Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Breakfast dishes following established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to uphold health regulations and ensure a clean working environment.
• Handle food with care, practicing proper food handling techniques during preparation, storage, and service.
• Support high-volume production needs by efficiently managing multiple orders while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure proper knife skills are used for precise cutting, portioning, and presentation of ingredients.
• Contribute to food safety management by monitoring temperature controls, sanitation practices, and ingredient freshness.
• Assist in catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining consistency and presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven Breakfast culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
• Breakfast culinary experience in high-volume restaurants preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations.
• Skilled in operating various kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong knife skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and customer service excellence.
