Responsibilities

Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis

Host at least two open houses each month Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines Actively participate in team events and activities Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties

• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of clients ✍️ Monitor and manage activities and client information using PLACE Technology
