Experienced Cake Baker

Drizzle is looking for a confident cake baker to join our team! We’re searching for someone who shares our passion for traditional baking, values the love and care behind passed-down family recipes, and enjoys working independently in a small, hands-on environment.

Qualities we are looking for:

• Confidence making cakes from scratch, following recipes accurately, and achieving consistency.
• To be able to make, prepare and pipe buttercream neatly in the Drizzle way.
• Being comfortable with early starts and baking the loaf cakes fresh each day.
• Being adaptable, organised and resourceful, especially when working with one oven and limited workspace.
• Being open to part-time hours, with the possibility of picking up extra shifts.

Things to note:

This role will most likely be from 6am - 8 am before we open. It will start with three days a week with the potential for more hours.

Start date: November 2026 (flexible)
