Experienced Carpenter (5+ yrs exp)

We are seeking full-time experienced Carpenters (5 years+ of experience) to join our team building high-performance zero energy homes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated, with strong craftsmanship and a commitment to quality. This role requires hands-on carpentry experience and the ability to work effectively on a variety of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Hourly rate will be determined by experience and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks with precision.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret plan sets and construction drawings accurately.
• Assist in framing, trim, and other detailed carpentry tasks.
• Safely lift and handle materials up to 100 pounds.
• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude on all job sites.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Contribute to a safe and organized jobsite environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience.
• Strong rough and finish carpentry skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plan sets.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry 100+ pounds.
• Leadership experience a plus
• Equipment licensure a plus.

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
