Experienced Carpenter / Framer / Remodeler

Reed Construction LLC is looking to add an experienced carpenter to our growing team. We are seeking someone with at least 5 years of residential construction experience who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can work independently without constant supervision.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who already has solid framing and finish carpentry skills and wants to be part of a small, quality-focused crew.

• Tile installation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry/remodeling experience
• Able to frame walls, floors, and basic roof systems
• Able to read blueprints and understand construction layouts
• Experience installing interior and exterior doors, trim, baseboard, casing, crown molding, and other finish carpentry
• Strong knowledge of common construction methods and building practices
• Able to work independently and solve problems on the job
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude, dependable, and takes pride in producing quality work

Preferred Qualifications

• Tile installation experience
• Experience leading or mentoring others
• Ability to operate common construction equipment and power tools
