Experienced CDL-A Driver Recruiter - OTR Flatbed / Open Deck (1099)

We're an OTR flatbed trucking company and we're looking for a driver recruiter who already knows how to hire CDL-A OTR flatbed / open deck drivers.

Leads are on us. We run our own ads, so most of your day will be working the applications that come in: call drivers back fast, figure out who's a fit, and get the good ones hired and on the road.

If you can also hunt drivers on your own, that's definitely a plus and we welcome it. We pay bonuses for drivers you find and bring in yourself.

What you'll be doing:

• Calling, texting and following up with drivers who applied
• Checking experience, MVR, PSP, work history and DOT requirements
• Explaining pay, home time and equipment the way it really is
• Getting drivers through the paperwork and orientation
• Onboarding new drivers: booking flights or bus tickets and hotels, and staying in touch until they're in the truck
• Keeping your notes and pipeline up to date

What we need from you:

• At least 2 years recruiting CDL-A OTR drivers. Flatbed / open deck experience is a big plus
• You know the DOT driver qualification rules and what makes a good flatbed driver
• You've handled driver onboarding and travel before
• You're fine being on the phone all day and can handle a lot of leads without losing track
• You can work on your own and you care about results
• Speaking Russian is a big plus, a lot of our drivers speak it

Details:

• 1099 independent contractor
• $1,500 - $2,300 per week, depending on experience
• Bonuses for drivers you source and hire on your own
• Office in Aurora, IL. For the right person we're open to talking about remote work
