Our detailing company is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Ceramic Coating Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and are interested in growing within a fast-expanding company.

Company Overview

Our detailing company is a premium automotive detailing and ceramic coating company, currently servicing clients five-six days per week.

Role Overview

This is a shop location Ceramic Coating Technician role. Technicians perform services in-shop, while upholding the company’s standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Full-time is preferred, though part-time candidates may be considered.

Core Responsibilities

● Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled workdays

● Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively

● Perform interior and exterior detailing services on customer vehicles

● Perform meticulous levels of paint correction to fully restore customer's vehicle paint to look like new

● Application of professional grade ceramic coatings to paint, trim, plastics, glass and wheels

● Follow company procedures and quality standards

● Communicate professionally with customers and team members

● Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in an organized manner

● Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and service quality

Qualifications

● Valid Driver’s License

● Reliable transportation to work

● Strong attention to detail

● Professional and customer-focused demeanor

● Ability to perform hands-on, physical work

● Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

● Prior experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required

● Experience in hands-on or labor-based roles preferred

Compensation

● Training / Part-Time Pay: $15.00 per hour

● Full-Time (After Initial Training Period): $17.50 – $30.00 per hour

● Additional compensation opportunities for advanced skills such as:

● Paint correction

● Ceramic coating

● PPF installation

● Window Tint

● Leadership responsibilities
