Experienced Chef

Kilconquhar Castle Estate is looking for an experienced chef to join our food and beverage team.

We operate a Bistro style restaurant serving great quality food to our resident guests and visitors, as well as larger functions including weddings and private parties.

An ideal candidate will have;

• 2-3 years experience working in a busy kitchen environment

• Have a passion for great food and a customer focused approach

• An ability to work across different stations within the kitchen

• Have a good working knowledge of kitchen management and Food Safety Management Systems

• Work well within a team environment, maintaining good relationships with the team and the wider departments across the business

Please note that staff accommodation is not provided with this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
