About the Restaurant:
Thank you for your interest in the Chef’s assistant position. This is an upscale French-Mediterranean fusion restaurant built entirely around my vision, culinary style, and execution. Everything in this kitchen revolves around absolute accuracy, refined plating, and extreme attention to detail. Every single plate that leaves my line must be flawless. I am looking for a serious, experienced professional who can respect this kitchen and match my standard of perfection.
The Role:
You will be working directly under me as my right hand. You must be an established, confident line cook who can step into a precision-focused kitchen and immediately understand the flow.
I am not hiring a beginner to train from scratch—I need someone who already has the skills and the discipline to execute my menu exactly the way I want it done.

Grill Station. Cook steaks and premium proteins to exact requested temperatures without mistakes.

Sunday Brunch. Assist in executing a high-end, detailed brunch menu with flawless timing and plating.

Intricate Prep. Handle fine knife work, complex recipes, and premium ingredient portioning.

Station Discipline. Maintain an immaculate, highly organized workspace. Cleanliness is non-negotiable.
