Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services to company standards
• Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub, and sanitize all assigned areas thoroughly
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and high-touch surfaces using proper techniques
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Follow client-specific instructions and customized cleaning checklists
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
• Ensure all work meets quality control expectations before leaving a job site

Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning experience required (residential or commercial)
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check
