What You’ll Do:

• Contact customers to discuss overdue payments and provide solutions to resolve accounts.
• Accurately document customer interactions and payment arrangements in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
• Meet and exceed performance targets, including recovery rates and quality benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-3 years in collections, particularly in local collection agencies, fintechs, telcos, banks, finance, or BPO industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Critical thinking and assertiveness to provide effective solutions during customer interactions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets.
• Knowledge of collections systems, tools, and processes is a plus.
