Pretzel Challah is hiring an experienced dough mixer for our commercial bakery in New Jersey.
Hourly position | Full-time
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience operating industrial dough mixers, preparing large batches of bread dough, following formulas, and maintaining consistent dough quality.
- Commercial bakery experience required
- Industrial dough mixing experience required
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
